After eight years together, Dante proposed to Andrea with a one-of-a-kind marquise diamond he had thoughtfully sourced. The stone carried all the intention of their relationship and the years that had brought them to that moment. Andrea loved everything the ring represented, but as she began imagining a lifetime with it, she wondered how she could make the setting feel more personal while preserving the heart of Dante’s original design.
Andrea was drawn to the timelessness and comfort of our Elizabeth Setting but wanted her marquise diamond to sit slightly higher on the hand. Together, she and our Store Director Bina created a custom design that brought together the height of the Elise, the comfort of the Elizabeth, and the delicate halo of the Victoria.

Designing my ring with Bina felt incredibly personal. She understood every detail that mattered to me and preserved everything I loved about the original while creating something that felt unmistakably mine.”
The finished ring honors where Andrea and Dante’s story began while making space for the life they are continuing to build together. It carries the love and intention behind Dante’s proposal, now reimagined through Andrea’s own point of view.
